Your Confidential Reporting Resource

Your trust is our priority. We encourage anyone who witnesses a violation of the JenaValve Code of Conduct or other company policy to help us uphold our standard of quality. Any information shared through the Integrity and Ethics Reporting Helpline will be treated with the utmost discretion and respect.

We urge our valued employees to approach their direct manager, HR or any member of management in instances where a perceived violation of JenaValve’s Code of Conduct or other company policy has occurred.

In situations where anonymous communication is preferred, reporters are encouraged to contact the Integrity and Ethics Reporting Helpline, hosted by the third-party provider, EthicsPoint. The information provided will then be supplied to JenaValve based on the anonymity preferences of the reporter. All reports will be investigated by JenaValve thoroughly and with care.

As detailed in our Code of Conduct, retaliation against any reporter is strictly prohibited.
